I could use all of my ink to color this life into black and white but I won't

I would love to know you but not for now

I would walk a thousand miles just to see you smile but you're not there

I could wish upon a star but you are one of them

I would leave but then I would miss you

I could feel your pain but it would hurt less when I'm with you

I would ride the tides but the moon is keeping us apart

I could see the birds flying but I can't see the clouds

I would bring the worst of me but that would mean giving you my heart
