Silent cries in the middle of the night
Whispering tears as the shadow grows
She doesn't know
She doesn't know the monster that is coming
The monster that is coming from her
Who took a U-turn to face her
Desperation came as she exhales
Shivers went through her cold hand
Trembling lips adds up the fear
Indeed there is darkness within herself
Even though every inch of her is covered by light
She cannot escape what is already trapped inside
She cannot see the danger that lurks within
She may never find herself the same ever again
